Name: Robert M Tafel MD Specialty: Dr. Tafel was born in Clevland, Ohio. He received his undergraduate education at McNeese State University in Lake Charles, Louisiana prior to attending medical school at Tulane University Medical School in New Orleans. He completed a rotating internship at Dallas Methodist Hospital after serving in the U.S. Air Force, completed a three year residency at Dallas St. Paul and Parkland Hospital. He had been in a solo practice since 1972 prior to joining our group in 1995. Dr.Tafel also is a Aviation Medical Examiner, performing FAA physicals. Dr. Tafel and his wife, Camille have three children and 2 grandchildren and enjoy traveling, sports and reading. Currently not accepting new patients.
